Ons onthou
In the video recordings of Ons onthou, the SBA visits different communities in South Africa to hear the story behind the story. We talk to people from all corners of our country about their history. Unique regions and communities such as Op-die-berg, Melkhoutfontein, Verlorenvlei, Kalkbaai, as well as the stories of hearing and visually impaired people are captured on video in recognition of the origins of Afrikaans senior citizens.
Sign language interpretation and English subtitles are also provided.
